# The marketplace and holders rewards

Thanks to the participation of the community in the Outfit project, we will be able to create our Web3 marketplace. 

Of course we would like to **graciously reward our Outfit NFT holders through anyway they will chose within the Outfit DAO.**

**Legal information:** 

To avoid any legal concerns, there will be **no link of subnegation** between the Web3 marketplace and the Outfit DAO : minting or buying an Outfit NFT **isn't a security nor an investment** and should not be considered as such. 

As a result, the Web3 marketplace will make donations for which it is solely responsible to the Outfit DAO. 

Moreover, the holders who form the Outfit DAO will be able to choose and discuss what they wish to do with the funds available for the Outfit DAO but are in no way linked to the Web3 Marketplace **ownership and management.**
